Reporting

Review workshop performance, adjust the reporting period and export an overview.

The Reporting dashboard reads current Workshop records to show revenue, costs, payments, bookings and customer activity. It does not create a separate copy of those records.

Choose a reporting period

Open Reporting from the sidebar. The page defaults to the last four weeks. Choose another preset or a custom date range, then select daily or hourly aggregation where the control is available.

Most grid widgets follow the selected period. The four financial cards use the last 30 days, and Outstanding is the current all-time amount still due. Keep those scopes in mind when comparing numbers on the same page.

Read the dashboard

The fixed cards show:

  • Gross Revenue — completed Payments before refunds;
  • Total cost — the cost of goods in the period;
  • Margin — gross revenue minus those costs;
  • Outstanding — the amount due on sent, partial and overdue Invoices.

The widget grid can show payment volume and methods, revenue trends, customer spend, new Customers, top Customers, Booking trends and status, Fleet activity and a Workshop activity heatmap.

Arrange the widgets

Select Add to choose widgets. Select Edit to remove widgets, then Done when finished. The layout saves automatically in the current browser for the current Workshop.

Because the layout is stored in the browser, another device or browser starts with its own layout.

Export an overview

Use the export action on Reporting to download the selected overview as CSV. The export follows the chosen date range and is limited to 366 days, 10,000 rows and 1 MB.

If Reporting is absent from the sidebar, your role may not have invoice access. Reporting figures also require the relevant metrics, invoice and payment permissions.

Compare Workshops

The base Studio host includes cross-Workshop reports across the Workshops you can access. These compare bookings, payments, new Customers and net payments by Workshop. Values from different currencies are kept separate.
