Platform
Integrations
Connect Xero, Westpac PayWay, Google Calendar and Slack from Settings, and give your own systems an API key for everything else.
In Studio
Settings, Integrations in Studio: every app with its category and connection status.
What it does
Xero
Finalised invoices become Xero invoices, customers become contacts and completed payments post against them.
Westpac PayWay
Emailed invoices carry a pay-now link, and approved card payments settle back onto the invoice.
Google Calendar
Confirmed bookings appear in a shop calendar, and each team member can connect their own.
Slack
Booking, work order, invoice, payment and low-stock updates post to the channels you choose.
API keys
Owners create and revoke keys for trusted systems, with an optional expiry and a last-used date.
Integration API
A REST API with an OpenAPI document covers customers, vehicles, work orders, quotes, invoices and stock.
How it works
01
Pick an app
Open Settings, then Integrations, and choose from the catalogue.
02
Connect it
Sign in to Xero, Google or Slack; PayWay takes your merchant API keys.
03
Choose where it goes
Pick the Xero organisation and accounts, the calendar, or the default Slack channel.
04
Watch it sync
Every delivery is logged, and a failed one can be retried.
