Invoices
Finished work becomes an invoice with the lines already on it. Send it with the PDF attached and watch the balance until it reads Paid.
In Studio
An invoice in Studio: line items, tax and balance due, the payments against it, and the job it came from.
What it does
Straight from the job
Create an invoice from a completed work order or an accepted quote, or start one for any customer or fleet.
Emailed with the PDF
Send it to the customer with the PDF attached, and copy in anyone else who needs it.
A pay link in the email
With PayWay connected, every invoice email carries a link to view and pay online.
Partial payments
Deposits and part payments come off the balance, and the status moves from Sent to Partial to Paid.
Overdue at a glance
Past-due invoices show how many days late they are and can be sorted to the top of the list.
Fleet purchase orders
Record the fleet's purchase order number, and require it for fleets that won't pay without one.
How it works
01
Create
Turn a completed work order or accepted quote into a draft invoice.
02
Check the lines
Add items or adjust quantities while it is a draft and review the totals.
03
Send
Email it with the PDF attached. The invoice moves to Sent.
04
Get paid
Payments are recorded against it until the balance reaches zero.
